Cosmin is experienced in a wide variety of
business fields within (or near) Telecom industry,
plus extensive experience in re-organization/
outsourcing & M&A processes; he has as well
a solid marketing background. He is currently
working for developing Deutsche Telekom
business-incubation program; designing
the proposition of the program for Central and
Eastern Europe and working on implementation
of the program at international scale; and also
in charge of finding business opportunities
for the startups inside the DT group.
