Head of Innovation at PKN ORLEN, one of the largest Oil&Gas companies in Europe, Arkadiusz is responsible for the company-wide innovation strategy & innovative projects/investments. Previously venture capital investor working with Warsaw Equity Holding where he created, as a startup, the very first large scale VOD platform on the Polish market. He started his career in PwC as a eBusiness leader. Arkadiusz graduated from Cracow University of Economics and Polish National Film School in Lodz.
