EggPlant faces and solves two big environmental an social problems, the olive mill wastewater (OMW) disposal and the pollution coming from traditional plastics, by reusing the OMW as raw material to manufacture eco-friendly, hi-tech and valuable products such as bioplastics, polyphenols, compost and distilled water in a 0 waste process.
