ESTIEM is the organisation for European Students of Industrial Engineering and Management, which combines technological understanding with management skills.Our goal is to establish and foster relations between students across Europe and to support them in their personal and professional development. Our network consists of 74 Local Groups in 28 countries, reaching out to 60 000 students.

BusinessBooster is an ESTIEM Project that promotes and stimulates entrepreneurship among students. It's achieved by organizing different training, educational and networking events and competitions. The goal of BusinessBooster is to help young ESTIEM entrepreneurs’ start-up better, faster and more confindent.

Business Booster The Competition is a business ideas tournament for ESTIEMers and nonESTIEMers who are studiing industrial engineering and management. This competition consists of two rounds. In the first round the teams send their application with a short description about their idea. After that we are choose the 5 best ideas who can participate in the second round which is the final event in Poznan. The final is a 5 days long event where the teams will get the chance to work with the 5 Alumni member of ESTIEM who are going to be their mentors and on the last day the teams are going to present the final outcomes in front of the experienced jury who will select the winning team.
